I bought these gloves a few years ago. They do provide extra protection to your hands. The gauntlets also provide protection between the end of the sleeves of your jacket and ordinary gloves. These do prevent the leather of the gloves from making contact with the pavement, directly on a knuckle, and wearing through, though your palms are more at risk. These do provide long-wearing protection to your hands. They are both comfortable, and comforting to wear. They look great. So they are everything I want/expect for hand protection.

For the price, this ball is a trememdous value. I checked out balls at Sports Authority — the ones with comparable prices to this have a much thinner skin, and I can tell why another reviewer of the ball that I saw in SAuthority would write that it’d burst if you tried throwing it against a wall. If you poke it with your fingers, you can tell that it’s pretty thin, but with a heavy weight inside…. Not the same as the Valeo.

The Valeo Ball’s outer wall/skin is Very Very thick and comparable to the much much more expensive Nike Balls (also high quality) you would find in Sports Authority. You can’t even poke into it, it’s so thick.

If you thought jeans were the goto pants in your closet because of the comfort and durability factors, these pants might evolve your opinion. I wound up buying every color they have. They’re durable and incredibly comfortable. To me cargo pants make the wearer look like he has elephantitus or leg mumps. These have just enough extra pockets to be practical and useful without the bloat. The rear pockets have Velcro at the tops to keep them trim and closed. There’s an extra right side pocket with a zipper to secure your Platinum Card or Razor-micropod-GPS thingy. Not sure why these pants aren’t water cooler talk, but after trying a pair you’ll wonder why also. Not crazy about the Roc Jeans version of these pants which I ordered by mistake. But you’ll probably feel Einsteinian after buying this version.

The separate “drawers” on the side is what sold me on this. I separate my art supplies (graphite, pastels, etc..) into separate drawers, and take with me or get out only what I need, and it’s all right there. They are the perfect length for pencils, and come with two perfect compartments for erasers also (one pink, one kneaded). With dividers you can squeeze in two more at the ends of the two horizontal compartments, depending on the length of your pencils I guess. But with brand new graphite sticks I can easily get in another 2 comparments, which I have glued on and use for shavings. Which also acts as a shading-resivoir. The top compartment can fit a small sketch or note pad. There is enough space on the handles of the drawers to write the contents without taking them out.

It was at Walmart. I hate shopping at Walmart. Didn’t find it here on Amazon until after.

I have an 11-month old and my sister has a 12-month old, and we were planning to take them both to the beach for the first time. I knew we would need some sort of cover and shade from the sun. I really wanted to purchase the cabana tent from One Step Ahead since it received so many great reviews. However, it was and out of stock anyway. I purchased the Shade Shack hoping it would be okay for this trip, and I’m SO GLAD I DID! It was less expensive and perfect for our trip. It does take a few tries (at home in the living room) to learn how to fold it up, but it pops up very easily and stays in place on the beach with just some sand weighing down the sides. We were in Perdido Key, FL, and left it on the beach for about a week while we were there. It never blew down and provided the shade we needed. Since the sides can be opened, we had a great breeze blowing through it and never got too hot. I plan to use it every year for the beach, and even for our backyard during the summer.
